SupportLink Support Coordination, a registered NDIS provider, is committed to empowering our clients with complete choice and control over their NDIS services. Our goal is to assist you in living a fulfilling life, the one you truly deserve.

SERVICES

There are three levels of Support Coordination that can be included in your plan and SupportLink Support Coordination can assist you with all three. At SupportLink Support Coordination we will work with you to help you optimise your plan to ensure you are gaining the full benefit of your funded supports.

Our support focuses on helping you connect with informal, community, and funded supports to maximize your NDIS plan. We collaborate to turn your plan into reality by strengthening your ability to engage with broader support systems, understand funded supports, and actively participate in the community. Support Connection guides you in navigating your NDIS plan, connecting with various supports, and increasing your capacity to manage relationships, address issues, and navigate NDIA processes independently.

SupportLink Support Coordination was established in 2020 in response to local community demand for quality disability support services.

Each of our Support Coordinators have extensive experience in disability Industry. We are all about working together with you to get the right supports in place that make a difference.
